About me

Hello, I'm Alicia.

Couple, Family & Individual Systemic Therapist. My approach is relational, down-to-earth, and emotionally attuned, shaped by more than a decade in mental health.

My background

I began my career as a mental health nurse, and over a decade of NHS experience shaped my commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. That grounding means I'm comfortable working with complex mental health difficulties as well as relational distress, and I know when and how to work alongside other services.

As a systemic therapist, I look at emotional challenges in their relational context: the patterns, roles and histories that shape how we love, argue, and cope. As an EFT practitioner, I help couples find their way back to each other by working with the emotions underneath the conflict.

I work with relationship communication, rebuilding trust, anxiety and mood, parenting challenges, relational trauma, identity, life transitions, and adult family dynamics, inclusively, with people of all backgrounds, identities and relationship structures.
